Resin Jewellery, hip and traditional colours, original designs. Comtemporary and tradition styles. Carver is Rotorua born & Breed, taught by his father, a well known carver. Then moved on to teach himself, he has dabbled with greenstone carving, still carves whalebone. Also carves taonga puoro. Lives in a little area of Rotorua known as Awahou.

Maika has worked mostly with paua, mother of pearl and a few other types of shell since his humble beginnings. He has also worked on rock, stone and wood. Roni specialises in brading (whiriwhiri) and you can find her finishing touches on most taonga.
