Christchurch Art Gallery Te Puna o Waiwhetu opened on 10 May, 2003 in the heart of the city's cultural precinct, bounded by Worcester Boulevard, Gloucester and Montreal Streets. The new facility features two floors of exhibition space, two educational activity areas, an auditorium, a café and wine bar, two retail outlets, a Sculpture Garden and underground parking.

Peter Jean Caley has evolved a very unique technique and his work is entirely freehand. He enjoys the challenge of large scale works and has a style that could only be described as inspirational realism. Developing his delicate use of colour and brush technique he has spent many years concentrating on wild life studies and portraits.

Visual Artist - painter turned graphic designer. Paintings on canvas, abstracts/contemporary, maori influences, maori stories, asian influences. Hand drawn artworks, portraits, figurative, prints for sale, publications and exhibits.

For 150 years Auckland Museum, has protected and cared for the taonga, the treasures, of Iwi and Hapu from throughout Aotearoa. And together we are now forging ahead, to create new levels of understanding and enlightenment in the presentation of Maori culture and customary values, that will benefit all visitors to the Museum.

APE-X is a unique family based sculpture and jewellery business set upon Waiheke Island, within Auckland’s Hauraki Gulf. The APE-X retailing studio workshop exhibits works of 3 artists who work with precious metals, gemstones, and also sculpt in jade, marble, granite and glass. With over 30 years of experience the works reflect a mix of both the traditional and contemporary.
